Nikhil is a documentary film maker and develops multimedia content for exhibitions. He has overseen the creation of large photography and graphic design exhibitions in Europe and in India, and has worked closely with the European Commission to promote cultural ties and exchanges between Europe and South Asia. Lola has a master in Arts Management by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a master in International Cooperation by the Complutense University of Madrid. She has worked as cultural adviser for the Embassy of Spain in New Delhi and co-founded the Asian contemporary photography magazine Punctum In 2015, she co-founded with Frank Kalero, Nikhil Padgaonkar and Ishan Tankha the international photography festival Goa Photo

Rosa studied Communication and Media in London and Cinema Production in Madrid. After three years working in the production of various films and television commercials in Spain, she decided to broaden her career by exploring the field of cultural management. For the past ten years she has worked at La Fábrica, the leading private company in Spain’s cultural industry. During this time, she executed a variety of projects, including publishing, photo and literature festivals (such as PhotoEspaña), and her last assignment before moving to India was to conceptualize a new cultural space, of which she was a director. In India, Rosa took part in the first edition of Goa Photo.

Tanvi Mishra is a documentary photographer based in New Delhi, India. Trained as an economist, her background in the social sciences impacts her choices as a visual story teller. Some of her clients and publications include Der Speigel, Le Figaro, Getty Images, CARE France, Nexleaf Anaytics, Tata Energy Research Institute, BBC amongst others. She is also interested in looking at photo editorial and curatorial aspects of photography from a practitioner’s perspective. She is on the editorial team for PIX Quarterly (, India’s first theme based quarterly photography publication and exhibition space. She is also one of the core members of the Delhi Photo Festival (, India’s first photography festival established in 2011, where she handled the print exhibitions, publications and partner gallery programs.
